To place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, simply add your desired perfumes to the cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and select "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method. You will pay the total amount in cash to the delivery agent when your package arrives. An SMS/email confirmation will be sent after your order is placed.

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used more than 10% of the total quantity and must not be damaged.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-4 business days
• Other Cities: 3-7 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Both the oil and the spray are created with the same fragrance. Roll‑ons are concentrated perfume oils, so in theory they should smell the same. It comes down to your body chemistry and how each version smells on your skin.

Sprays contain alcohol; roll‑ons are oil‑based fragrances (no alcohol).

Keep perfume in a cool, dark place. Sunlight can cause chemical reactions that may change the scent, sillage, and projection.

Alcohol is not impure in itself and is used in medicines, perfumes, detergents, and other useful products. The ban in Islam is on the consumption (drinking) of liquor (khamr) resulting from fermentation. Non‑khamr alcohols may be used. Keeping this in mind, the use of perfumes due to alcohol content—regardless of concentration—is not prohibited, and namaz will be accepted.

Yes. For orders over Rs 10,000, we require an advance payment of half the order amount to ensure a smooth delivery process.
